Return & Replacement
1. Replacement-only policy — NO REFUNDS
1.EGL operates a replacement-only policy. We do not provide refunds except as may be required by applicable law.
2. Replacement eligibility:

To be eligible, the buyer must notify EGL within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery (we recommend immediately upon discovering the issue). Notification must include order number, photos of the item, and description of the defect/wrong item.

Items must be returned in original condition, with all tags/labels (unless defective), and in original packaging where applicable.

EGL will inspect returned items. If EGL determines the claim is valid (damaged, defective, or wrong item), EGL will replace the item at no additional product cost. EGL will normally bear reasonable return / replacement shipping charges for valid claims; otherwise return shipping may be charged to the buyer.
- Replacements are subject to stock availability; if the ordered item is discontinued, EGL will offer a commercially reasonable alternative or store credit (only where permitted by law).
- Change-of-mind or buyer preference returns are not accepted. No refund will be issued for buyer remorse.

For wholesale sets or multi-piece orders: replacements apply per set / per defective unit as assessed by EGL.
EGL is not liable for delays/failures caused by events beyond reasonable control (strikes, natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, acts of government, pandemics).
