Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.

- EGL operates a replacement-only policy. We do not provide refunds except as may be required by applicable law.
- Replacement eligibility:
- To be eligible, the buyer must notify EGL within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery (we recommend immediately upon discovering the issue). Notification must include order number, photos of the item, and description of the defect/wrong item.Items must be returned in original condition, with all tags/labels (unless defective), and in original packaging where applicable.
- EGL will inspect returned items. If EGL determines the claim is valid (damaged, defective, or wrong item), EGL will replace the item at no additional product cost. EGL will normally bear reasonable return / replacement shipping charges for valid claims; otherwise return shipping may be charged to the buyer.
- Replacements are subject to stock availability; if the ordered item is discontinued, EGL will offer a commercially reasonable alternative or store credit (only where permitted by law).
