1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using eglshop.in you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
2. Who may buy on this site
This website is primarily for wholesale customers (retail sales may be allowed where indicated). Wholesale purchasers may be required to provide business identification details (GSTIN, PAN, business name, trade license and contact details) before order acceptance.
3. Orders, acceptance & contract formation

All orders are subject to acceptance by EGL. Acceptance occurs when we send an order confirmation and dispatch the items.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g., pricing/stock errors, inability to verify buyer credentials).
- Prices quoted are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST) and shipping charges unless explicitly stated. All applicable taxes are payable by the buyer. Prices and offers may change without prior notice.
4. Minimum order / wholesale terms

Wholesale pricing is intended for resellers/authorized retailers. Misuse of pricing intended for wholesale (e.g., reselling on marketplaces with manufacturer restrictions) may result in order cancellation and account termination.
5. Payment

We accept payment via the payment methods displayed at checkout (bank transfer, netbanking, UPI, card, or authorised payment gateway).

Payment must be completed in cleared funds before dispatch unless a credit arrangement has been agreed in writing.
- Orders placed on credit will be subject to the credit terms agreed and may require business references.
6. Shipping & delivery

Delivery timelines quoted are estimates and not guaranteed. EGL will make reasonable efforts to meet quoted timelines.

Risk of loss passes to buyer on delivery to the buyer’s carrier/recipient. Buyers must inspect goods on delivery and note any visible damage on the carrier’s receipt.
7. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled by the buyer only before dispatch (and where EGL agrees). Once dispatched, the standard replacement policy applies; refunds are not available. EGL may cancel an order at any time for valid reasons (stock error, inability to verify buyer details); if EGL cancels after payment, EGL will either issue a replacement, credit, or refund as applicable.
8. Taxes, duties & compliance
Buyers are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and import charges if shipping outside India. Registered buyers (B2B) must supply their GSTIN/Tax details for invoicing.
9. Intellectual property
All website content — designs, photographs, logos, text — are owned by EGL or licensed to EGL. No use is permitted without written consent. Buyers purchasing product(s) receive ownership of the physical goods only; EGL retains all IP in product designs and website content.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Indian law, EGL’s liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or use of the goods is limited to the purchase price paid for the goods involved. EGL is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, loss of profits, or lost business opportunity.
11. Indemnity
Buyers shall indemnify and hold EGL harmless from any third-party claims arising out of buyer’s use or resale of the goods, breach of these terms, or violation of applicable laws.
12. Force majeure
EGL is not liable for delays/failures caused by events beyond reasonable control (strikes, natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, acts of government, pandemics).
13. Privacy & data protection
EGL processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy (link: /privacy-policy). By using the site you consent to collection and use of information as set out in that policy.

15. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, Gujarat, India.
16. Miscellaneous
- Severability: if a provision is invalid, remaining provisions stay in force.
- Amendments: EGL may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on the website with an updated date.
